  1. How long does it take for delivery?
    All items are made to order and will be shipped with in 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. If shipped internationally or large orders please allow ample time for production and delivery. Please note that during certain times that shipping may be greater during holidays. Expedited shipping methods are available for additional fees. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

  2. How can I purchase items?
    Paypal is the only method of payment. All orders can be paid through PAYPAL via Mastercard or Visa. Orders will not be shipped until confirmation of payment has been received. All payments must be made within 24 hours of purchase in order to secure your purchase order.

  3. Can I customize any of the colors for the charms?

  5. Return Policies:

    Any items received damaged should be reported to Couture Charmz within 24 hours of receiving merchandise and must be sent back within 5 days. All return items must be in original packaging and condition. If there is any shipping charges incurred due to an error on Couture Charmz part, the shipping fee will be reimbursed for the return of the item(s). Attached must be a copy of your invoice.     Customers returning unwanted merchandise:
    Merchandise should be reported to Couture Charmz within 24 hours of receiving it and must be sent back within 5 days.  All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee and shipping fees are non refundable.   All shipping costs incurred for returns are the responsibility of the Purchaser.
